As we head into the holiday season, we are sharing our annual list of worthy nonprofits in the county. We started this list about 8 years ago in a the "We Love Nyack" Facebook page, and every year we update it with new nonprofits or updates to existing agencies.
If you find any dead links, changes to listed nonprofits, or have additional nonprofits to suggest, email mayor@nyack-ny.gov to let me know . I’m happy to add worthwhile groups to the list. I just ask you to please provide links to the sites and a short description of the nonprofit.
Please note that we do not include churches, synogogues, mosques, or other houses of worship, simply because there are so many of them that they would overwhelm the list. If you wish to give to your local house of worship, you can find donation information at services or on their website.
Here's our 2024 list of Rockland NonProfits that are worthy of your support and consideration (in alphabetical order). Please scroll down and find causes that inspire you, and click on the links to support them in this season of giving.
